Marketing strategy
A comprehensive marketing plan for Sierra-At-Tahoe Resort aimed at building trial, increasing retention, increasing resort market share and increasing revenue among the freestyle target market. The plan used primary and secondary research to determine and raise awareness of the Resort’s distinguishing youth brand characteristics - laid back vibe, quality and consistent terrain park products and a devotion to progression of freestyle and skiing and snowboarding. Implementation of this plan established brand loyalty in a competitive market, increased market share among young skiers and snowboarders and established the resort as a Top 10 Resort in the TransWorld Snowboarding Resort Poll for three consecutive years.
